2004 Acura TSX - $6000 obo

I have a 2004 Acura TSX for sale, in Canada - Ontario.
Mileage: 250,000km
Engine Size: 2.4
Asking price is $6000 obo
Cleaning out the driveway, and the family is getting bigger so I gotta make room for the minivan. Looking for a quick sale on this.

bone stock.
K&N drop in air filter
Has a bad door ding on the Driver rear door, small rust spots on the hood (stone chips), and 1 rust spot on driver rear qaurter panel.
Car is pretty clean, just needs some TLC. Never really abused, just out grew it and the kids hate climbing in the back of it. New rubber on it last summer, along with front end work (upper and lower balljoints), Brakes were done 3 months ago. AC compressor was replaced at 170,000 KMS. Front window shield had a small chip in it 3 years ago, had it repaired by apple auto glass in guelph. Shouldn't need a thing to pass safety.
asking 6000 OBO. I'm open to offers.

Price Drop. 4800 AS IS, Van showed up yesterday.... need it gone ASAP.
