ek wheel bearing
#2
its kinda of a tough job without the proper tools, youll need to pull the hub off using a slide hammer, and the new bearing will need to be pressed in, If you make any mistakes then youll need to buy another 80 dollar bearing :S

no pressing required
its not too hard to do unless the inner part of the bearing gets stuck on the spindle
its easier than replacing the front

ya the rear wheel bearings are incredibly easy to replace on civics.
Pull the drum off.
Remove the dust sheild that covers the big 32mm nut thats holds the bearing to the trailing arm assembly.
Remove the 32mm nut.
Slide the wheel bearing/hub off.
Slide the new wheel bearing/hub on.
Torque it to the manufacturers spec (shoud say on the box....130ft/lbs or so if i remember correctly) to set the preload on the bearing.
Put the dust cover back on.
Put the drum back on.
Make sure the wheel spins freely without making any noises.
