What rim and tire size are you running?

Also, did you drop your car? If so, how low?

Does the rubbing only occur when you turn at a sharp angle?

Has the rubbing always occurred with this setup?
And only lately it has been getting worse?

You may have to raise your car or go with a tire that's not as wide. You definitely don't have the smallest tire available.

If the wheel well lining/splash shield is coming loose and is rubbing extra against your tire you can try to re-secure it out of the way. If it's rubbing against your wheel well then you can't do anything about that but raise your car or go with a tire that's not as wide.

If you remove the liner entirely, you can damage the inside of the wheel well. Try removing the one upper clip that holds the liner in place. A 2" drop is prett low. Do you have a camber kit installed, is the car aligned properly and what is the offset of your wheels?

something is majorly fuct in your suspension. i used to tuck 205/40/17s back in the day with no rubbing.

i currently run 205/45/16 with corrected camber, and still no isses. I can turn lock to lock at full compression with no problem.

Are you sure your rubbing in the front or are you hearing a rubbing noise and assuming that is where it comming from? th enoise can throw you off. It may actually be comming from the rear. I run 205/50 15's and this was what happened to my eg. I tucked the rear fenders by having someone drive the car slowly forward while I wedged a bat in between the fender and wheel.

wow that is ghetto man.

anwyay, i'm having sort of the same problem and it can get confusing. i think it's your offset. google it, if you don't know what it is there is a simple way of calculating it. it shouldn't be the width, tho. and then the liner could be loose or broken or smth along those lines. that's my 2 pennies.

i run 205/40/17's on my 97 LX and if i do a full rotation of the wheel while driving i will hear some rubbing noise. also in the back if there is too much weight there is rubbing on bumps. but that could be my shocks cuz the 40/R17's practically has the same overall diameter as the stock 65/R14's...
