They're obviously still investigating, knowing the current circumstances they'll end up blaming it on "street racing" as usual.

Your comment.. "my buddy was driving next to them" makes it sound like he was also doing 150km/h, right there and then you pretty much made it look like he was also speeding and therefore racing them.

well heres the story, my boy was doing the speed limit up 9th line. U noe wen ur comming up to a light and its red but u the other lighs for the intersecting traffic turns yellow then green u juss slow down and then start going when the light turns green instead of comming to a full stop?

well the van the kids were in were travelling at about 150 he would say the van the kids were driving almost smoked the back of his van but barely missed(according to him) the van of kids passed him on the right hand side and swerved into the right hand side shoulder where there is gravel and they spun to the left onto opposing traffic side and juss started hitting poles and then trees and then they hit the fence in the backyard of a house and the driver flew forward

my boy pulled over and saw the guy hanging out of the front windsheild laying motionless and he got shook and drove away he didnt call 911 though because he was scared iunno y

The sad irony of this story was this guy (the driver who died) wanted to be a cop.

these things don't have to happen, but just think back when we were that age, we were probably more reckless than we are now. It would be better if there was a mandatory gps system installed for new drivers, a great incentive to do so would be reduced insurance premiums :P

gps with speed, time and location logging should be mandatory in all new cars, especially since the government is trying to eliminate the so called street racing epidemic, people gotta learn to slow down, all these people are dying cause there trying to impress their friends and take mommy and daddys daily driver to stupid speeds, if these kids were paying for the car i bet they wouldn't do this ****....

kids do stupid ****, and most end up regretting it. So I agree they should raise driving to 21 and mandatory driving classes with like a full week of monitored attendance where they show accidents from the local area involving careless driving. if they burn those images into their mind I think they wouldnt even attempt to put themselves or their friends in the same position. After seeing a few accidents firsthand, I drive more cautiously. Its not surprising that alot of kids are driving more agressively though, I see alot of adults doing alot of stupid **** on the highway such as tailgateing and weaving through traffic at 150 plus, nice rolemodels.

i totally agree, ofcourse it would be best if nobody died, but like zeeman, my cousin died because of a drunk driver and he didn't even have a scratch on him!

Most of the time its these young inexperienced drivers, with cars that can't handle what they are trying to do with it. If they were doing that in a sports car it likely would not have happened, though, even then they could push the limits by not having experience of how the car reacts if it reaches a certain point. I have seen many drivers accelerating continuously off and on ramps, and see their cars almost crash or wobble.

Sad thing so many people die because of careless car accidents, because its not natural to die in cars Aeroplanes as such as these are man made risk of increased chance of death.
