Guy on my street speeds down in and does burn outs at 3am in his Mustang. Everyone on the street wants to kick his ***.

I remember some guy who used to drive a blue 5th gen hatch with a fart can. He was pretty loud at times. At least he didn't do any burnouts but some would say he was 'immature'.
