Like I said, same engine, but with the gsr transmission. LS 5th gear would be nice if you were hwy driving, but gsr is a good balance. Make sure your car isn't running rich, because rich at a consistent 5K rpm is alot of fuel. PM me if you have any questions, I see your car around alot.

Sorry guys, back on topic..

You think LS 5th 0.714 vs ITR (0.787) will make much of a difference in 4.785 FD? Slightly longer gear, but I guess every bits count.

I got 780 kms to a 40 liter tank once when the car was new (and also close to stock).

I regularly get over 40 mpg city driving in my 90 sedan

I usually get around 450-550 on an automatic, mostly highway with occasional city.

Same here, my fuel economy basically depends on how bad traffic is over the time I have the tank of fuel. I can get 650 but when everyday is "there's an accident so its stop-and-go, wearing down my clutch every 5 secs. traffic"- its often closer to 8.5L/100km which is basically 550km.

impossible for that mileage, hes talking a full tank. I average 6.2L/100km 70% highway 30% city. Pure highway i burn around 5.6ish/100km.
