Bill 241 gone?

I read on dsm.org that they said in the Mississauga News and said bill 241 was rejected. Is this true, can anyone verify this?

At the end of Jim Kenzie's article in this past Saturday's Wheels section of the Star he mentioned that the bill is pretty much dead, but that it could still come back.
