and thats where most people differ on thier opinion .... if you go into a store and ask for a b18b you expect to get a b18b not a f22a or a d15b7 a b18b ...now if you did no research or price comparasion I could see them taking you for a price ride and taking more then the motor is worth ... but an honest shop even if they rap you on price will still hand you a b18b if thats what you ask for. lucky star has been known not to hand over the right engine when that time comes and that makes thenm dishonest regardless of price or anything ...if you know nothing about what your buying and you ask for something then the most I think any honest shop would do is try to make more then whats fair price for the engine which is really how business works making a profit ...now if you get home with your newly aquired b18b and discover you actually needed a hamster in a wheel well it's your own fault and thats where lack of knowledge also bits the consumer in the *** ... so to sum up this rant

1) it is my belief that an honest shop hands over what is asked for even if the price is not fair

2) it's the consumers responsibility to find and compare prices

3) if the consumer brings the product home and discovers it's not what they wanted then it is the consumers fault and too bad for them.

4) if the consumer brings the part home and discovers it's the wrong part then the shop is to blame. And the shop should try to correct the mistake and if they give a hard time about it then they are being dishonest

5) hamsters in a wheel are better then b18b's

6) you don't have to know **** about what your buying to get exactly what you ask for ...if you ask for a b18b you should get a b18b not a hamster in a wheel

I hope this clarifies some things and points out as to why others think it's a dishonest shop.

 

No man...you get ripped off because of bad business pratice and shady business people.

If the only reason why people don't get ripped off is because they don't know anything than I guess you're the smartest one...
