Ok dudes.. I'm going to TRY and make the meet this Saturday but no guarantees.. as a matter of fact.. the possiblity looks quite slim. I got an exam on Tuesday that I must get a really high mark in.. if I can attain this mark.. Man.. I'll surprise myself.

 

so your going to cheat on the exam by studying ....well have fun all couped up studying....

 

STUDYING = CHEATING? umm i dont think so

Studying is cheating it's a meathod of craming stuff you need for the test into your brain and then forgetting it ... a test is suppose to test weather you know it or you don't knwo it and if the educational system your in is doing their part of the job right you'll be successful walking intoi a test blind... I had an instructor at college that did that gave us tests on stuff we didn't study ...not to throw us off but to accurately gauge how we are doing ... I remain firm in my belief that studying is cheating ... I've never studyed in my life and I never will ...(not going to say what my college GPA was because that would just make people believe I'm just smart)

 

Actually.. I might just come. I'm going to be buying da deck this weekend.

 

yah well gatherer u went to college

college teaches hands on

anything else is based on proving that u know something by any means..and studying is learning...not everything i study i forget..obviosuly some but not all..when u study u r learning the material over again and reviewing wat u already knew..

i study for everything and thats why my average is around 90%

people who dont study are having fun in the 70s

except for the few who have photographic capabilities

 

70s I'll have you know that I had some of the highest marks of my class a 4.05 GPA (out of 5 in my case) and the top marks above me (and a few lower then me) were all students that didn't study... top 10 students were all the ones that paid attention in class and did the work they needed to to learn the topic (electronics was the diplomas we were after) and as for hands on ... yeah I had 2 hours of lab time every day but I also had 2 hours of crazy electronics math and another 4 of electornics theory courses that contained ...yup more math ... so 6 hours of math and 2 hours of lab ...every week day for 2 years ... one at this college you don't have time to catch your breath never mind study... and 2 most of my lab time was spent over a calculator figuring out the values of parts to use in the labs we had to do .... I ain't the only one that went through thgis school and is on this board .... but I know a ton of people that never lasted as long as I did why because they would study for a test and then forget ...not realizing that the next topic we'd cover would require the knowledge from the topic we first covered off on ... I will concede that yes some people will learn something by reading a book for hours on end trying to cram it into their head but I also believe that for the most part most people have to apply the knowledge or lose it... you have to work with it everyday to truly get it ... and as for tests where I didn't know something ...it's easy to extrapolate out what you don't know from what you do thats how discoveries are made...

Kent what deck are you talking of... and if you do come out I'll teach you how to really learn... and learn quickly..

 

i never studied for any of my science,math, geography, and history tests or exams in high school and i was pulling off high 80s low 90s and i was happy
but all my other classes i was doing the same thing but my asignments were *** which killed my mark.

personnaly id rather go to college then any university
university is to much therory for me (i hate reading)
and college is all Hands on and i like that
i learn alot easier when im doing something instead of reading it

but if anyone that goes to a university and makes fun of someone that goes to a college is on something
cause i don't know ANYONE that has gone to university and has gotten a sweet job in what they were going to university for.
they are either flippin burgers, mailmen, working in stores, and going no where. not saying that everyone that goes to university ends up like that, but only ppl that go to be Doctors and Lawyers get what they paid for.

just stating that its been said that its completely different as far as college is more hands on and university is more theory based

 

this sounds like a holier and better then you sort of attitude ...hey everyone let's feel sorry for me I went to college...


with all due respect if you already knew it you wouldn't have to study and would ace the test anyways ... my statement still stands "studying is a method of trying to remember something you don't know long enough to complete a test" trust me if I took a test you wrote at the begining of a sememster and gave it too you at the end of the smemster without you know it to truly test what you knew .... your mark would be drastically different... and why because you didn't know it during the second test. I have ways of working that allow me to say "I know this stuff" and since I knwo it why waste time looking over it again. you can't say your studying stuff you know because well quite frankly if you knew it you won't need to try to cram it in before an exam/test.

 

YA, SO ANYWAY..THIS FOOKIN' SATURDAY AT THE SAME FOOKIN' PLACE AND AT THE SAME FOOKIN TIME AS LAST SATURDAY

 

OH, AND WHOEVER FOOKIN SHOWS BETTER BE IN A GREAT FOOKIN MOOD TOO
