hi all, my son and i are getting our feet wet with a rusty civic that needs tlc. i would prefer to buy local "new stock steel rear fenders and rocker panels". all i have found is stuff from the states. we are going to tackle body work ourselves and have started to take the car apart. this is where your help would be usefull. we are stuck with taking the headlights out. since many fasteners are badly corroded, i don't want to damage things. i bought the haynes manual for the car but it does not cover this type of work. this site is informative, but after days of searching threads i turn to your communityfor some help. i am a vw freak and have knowledge and experience taking several generations of these cars apart, and am no stranger to wrecking yards. but this is our first honda, and will be my son's first ride. i want this to be a positive experience for both of us, and with some of your club's help i'm sure it will be. will post pics of our progress as it comes along, thanks again

There is a sort of hidden bolt under the headlights, have you got that one? PM with questions if you want, I dissasembled my 91 about 4 years back...
