Who live in Scarbrough ?

I need some help big time. Im going to the police tomorow or the next day to get my car back. Only thing I need help with is locating my car. If someone lives near Markham Rd and Finch and is able to stop by Jays shop to see if my ride is there I would appreciate. I wanna tow it outta there but I dunno if it is there or at this new location. I cant see him towing my car to his new shop but who knows were talking about Jay and his stupid decissions or howver you spell that word. So if someone could help me out bigtime I would love ya forever. I cant wait any longer for my car. If theres **** left to be done I'll take it somewhere else.

Thanks in advance guys

Barry the guy thats had a civic in a shop for almost 19 months

Ya I feel sorry for them too having to live there lol. Ya its a very odd situation. Something Ive never gone through with a body shop. I dunno if it will be Christmas but I have better luck Santa finishing it off then Jay. Its fun how much people lie to you on the phone and you catch them all the time lying. ie Ya your motor is in (this was like 5 months ago or so when there was still snow) I have a pic of it covered and he called and was like ya its in. I drove down that night dug the 8 feet of snow off it pryed the hood open and no motor and no paint so BULL **** !! I could go on but Im shure you guys have heard enough lol

This is when the professional bodyshop man left my car outside for 4 months. Heres proof.

Well atleast 8' of snow. Quick the ****ing pile on my hood. You can see the black part of the hood. Thats where I dug down to see if he even put the motor in like he said. WHICH he didnt. Cause he likes to lie

Ya Ive already been in touch with my Lawyer and having a meeting Tuesday / Wensday since its the long weekend. Ya I think its worth it at this point. As peoeple said why didnt I do this months ago. Well for 1 the car wasnt painted I hope it is now. If not **** it I paint it somewhere else. So I was trying to get all the work outta him that I could for the amount of money I gave him. Due to the fact I think it would be hard to get money back out of him without going to court. So I waited a little longer to get him to accomplish more. But at this point I dont care if its painted or if the motor is in. I have other willing to help me out if work needs to be done. I should be out in this car as we speak

I took it to Jay because a few people on here recommended him and a friend of mine did also. He showed me pics of work he didnt and contacted me to do a project car. He was only gonna do bodywork and paint but I mentioned what else I wanted done. Told him the budget that I had to work him and he offered to do the motor and other ****. I didnt ask him HE OFFERED !! I was polite for 13 months and paid him when needed and this is how I get treated.

HOLY ****... your car was the base of the snow bank. So in other words he ok'd all the snow being pilled on your car. Man i'd flip a lid. WTF are you doing waiting this long... Get a lawyer like stated above.

Di d you give him money already? what was the agreed upon price and what was to be done

So you posted just before I did!

Good luck... sucks you got treated that way. If uyou were in barrie I would get you to go to a shop I know for sure would do an amazing job.

Yes it was. And I had to remove the snow myself. He had a fire or power emergency and my civic was almost blocking the fire truck. So I cleaned all the snow off and moved it along with help from the shop across from him. Buddy was like hey this your car. Im like ya. He goes you should move they gonna tow it. So I did. I did flip out and I just get excuses and more lies.

I bought the car back in March 07 off Norm a guy on here. For $500 for just the shell and tires.

Awaiting a call from him
