and dont ppl goto school to get better education to in return get a better job ? why get a better job when u got money outta the wazzoo .. i would travel everywhere thats it.. only work i would continue to do is DJing
I don't know why you go out of your way to make a big deal.

You know as funny as it sounds, lots of people enjoy learning for the betterment of themselves.

You mention you would continue the DJ...well in my rebutal why would you even do that if you had 17 mil? Why not get someone to DJ for you and you listen? Or is it the fact that you like to DJ and practice and learn new techniques?

Thats the same to people who enjoy learning as well. I know plenty of people who take extra courses to learn things that dont help them in anyway make more money or help them in their career, but just enjoy learning about a subject for their own personal benefits.

Food for thought.

my life wouldn't change. pay off a house or two, give some ends to my brother and parents... buy a used 7th gen sedan and a late 1st gen CR-V, both in white. go do my MBA in the fall or next fall. give my closest buddies $10K each.

I don't think I'd ever 'work' though. I would do the MBA cuz #1 I planned to do that anyways, and #2 so I know what to do with the money and make the best of it by investing wisely and run businesses competently. So technically I would be working, but not for someone elses benefit (as it's implied by the word 'work')

learning / practicing DJ'ing doesn't cost money .. and if ppl "loved" to learn as much as u say they do they wouldn't be *****ing about "learning" when they are poor either ... i see soo many ppl on here wining and complaining about how much more school they have left .. how boring it is .. but they just want that degree...

i see ur point tho

17 mill is fast money. money comes and goes.
education will stick with you for your life time. sure it changes depending on the field your studying slightly but aslong as you have a base knowledge all you would have to do is take upgrading courses and you can always get a job unlike havin no education and no money once you blow 17.

also people adjust their life style according to their income/worth that being said when your a millionaire dont except to be shopping at no frills for grocery let alone go bargain hunting. so that 17 mill turns into 0 really fast.

think about it

I agreed. I read about it all the time in the news about past millionaires.

so how long do you think that would last .. cause everyone else here seems to be able to drop 17mill in about 1-2 years apparently by the sounds of it ..
