15INCH LCD Or 17INCH CRT?

Well went around looking again monitors...saw the Viewsonic LCD VA150 for $500 after rebate. Hmm not bad went home check reviews...hmm actully it is bad heh.

So then I check infonecs computers and its $419 for the Samsung 151S. Heard the 171S was REALLY good and I dunno should I go for it?

Or should I got and buy a Sony G220R 17"? Its quite expensive $435 or go and buy the Viewsonic P75F+ for $285.

Because really I dont got the $$$ so if I ever get the monitor replace is when the monitor breaks and dies for sure.

Even if there was a sale probably wouldnt jump for it. As many sales has past nothing...

Or for less at my house..

Do you plan on using the monitor much...

If so 15" isn't enough real estate IMO..

LCD or Not..

19" rocks.......so easy to read stuff. My eyes are doing much better than when I had the 14" screen.

Letterbox movies are also easier to watch too.

I would go CRT over LCD any day........well........if I got a 17" or 19" LCD for a REALLY good price (under $400) I'd use that instead. 17" and 19" CRT's are DEEEEEEEEEEEP.

Pure jokers ROFLMAO

IMO, if your desk is big enough for a CRT, then what's the problem?? Now, if you don't have much room on your desk, then you should consider an LCD.

I'd vote for the 15" they are really easy on the eyes because there is no curve to the screen the curve of the screen is what makes them harder to read...

I know what you mean, The E771 (E = Economical?) really sucks and its noticably curved comparing it side by side with the PT775
