i wanna see what you guys think of this movie, and the previous one. it tells you alot about a person in a way...for example if ur obsessed with it, then you know nothing about movie making, good movie plots OR about cars!

I think i'll end up seeing it, but yeah... i agree with you, bad movie and too much unrealistic stuff, but nice cars tho!

Ahh...this is going to be a spitting image of the first film...
Bad dialouge, complimented by shoddy actors who can't play their part. I'm willing to bet anything that the script is going to be flailing, with discrepancies all over the place
(eg. "you were granny shifting not double clutching like you should have"...or something to that effect when Dominic refers to Brians loss after the big drag..........double clutching is used only when downshifting you dolt)
Not to mention the heavy overuse of certian performance parts and the bad one liners that we'll have to hear all the way through the movie...
"I need nos...two of them...the big ones"
Ahh well...despite all of my personal issues with the film...everyone should know that films like these are created for 2 sole purposes...to get a rush out of the audience and to get big box office numbers...and they do that...

So yes...I'll be there...but that's only because I'm interested in seeing the cars and grrs...not to be wowed by some intriguing script work or deep plot......as for the box office numbers...I don't contribute to those...I work in a movie theatre...(you actually thought I would pay $12 to see this?)

the only reason i thought the first one was ok because of the cars, i liked their appearance, thats IT!

and yes that WAS a incredible stunt but i was referring to ppl after the movie (thinking of trying it) lol

ahhh btw, i hope everyone knows that trailer was raised quit a bit in the movie lol

hahah of course it was a stunt, you can see when the car passes under that the trailer has been modified, by why nit pick? enjoy the movie for what it's worth! lol if it was a real to life movie it wouldn't be half as exciting....

Ya I'll watch it. F&F is a guilty pleasure of mine. I can only watch so many oscar potentials, indies, and art-house flicks at the Carlton before I crave the sublime cheese that is:

Yeah, I'll be going to see "rice-o-rama 2" — ugly cars, bad dialogue, crummy storyline and all. The first movie was entertaining to me because it was a car movie (just like Gone In 60 Seconds was) and that's why I'll go see this one. I hate the ugly graphics on the cars, the deli-slicer wings and the bodykits from hell but still, I'll go.

Producers didn't want to pay Big Bad his 20 million fee...

Perhaps the cars will be worthwhile... perhaps not...

Not slated for release until Summer of 04 so there is yet time to decide.

Hmmm, thought it was coming out this June 6th from what I've read online??

I was flipping through some mags at Altech yesterday while waiting for some modifications to be installed and it said 04 in the mag.

Lookin at the official site here it looks like that is the case.. June 6th...
