The mayans we're infamous for accurately predicting astronomical events. Mayan/Aztec elders said that 'on 12-23-2012 there will come a movement of the Earth, from which we shall all perish.'

i personally wouldn't trust the scientists on this one.... i saw a show a while ago on discovery that showed how inaccurate these preditions are.... all they really do is take like 20 images... and guess where the meteor is in space cause there is really no way of knowing for sure its co ordinates.... and then make some forumla about how it will continue.... but that doesn't take into account the gravity of other planets or suns amongst other things...

i think i'd be more worried about our own planet destroying us, ie. polution, volcano's and earth quakes

 

imagine reading this, and their predictions were all off, and suddenly BAM! A continent is dissimated, I wonder how we'd all react...

oh well, I think I have better chances at winning the lottery than this thing coming close

 

well 2014.....eh?.......how old will i be? 2014-1985....ahh yes 29....a young adult...entering this wonderful world ......as long as i'm happy and married by then.......and have my Lexus IS300, 2000 Civic SiR and CBR1100...in my garage...with a loving wife.....then i'm good to go......haha
