didnt expect the nuke to go off...thats for sure...or curtis getting popped...excellent premier no doubt

ok the acting continues to be poor, and the plot was hella weak still... right to the end when the nuke went off THAT was a huge shocker and totally hooked me for the season. I'm onboard and think it's a totally sweet show. Can't wait for more!!!

next monday.... 24 AND heroes!!!

I hear ya! Both Heroes and Prison Break are going to have some twists! So they should be quite interesting. Monday is indeed TV day for me as well.

24 is known for bringing back people (namely jack) from the 'dead' ...

well Jack was never dead, I dont recall him being actually dead..

But I dont get how a guy who just came home from being held in China for years being tortured, then comes home and gets tortured again can be running around and yelling lol...

I also dont get, they act like this nuke is going to kill everything, looks like Jack is pretty close by? Radiation?

Hrmm also, Jack runs out of the subway after stopping the bomb and calls the guy whos been driving the whole time away from the subway and jack runs and meets up with him??? what? lol.. makes no sence..

I still enjoy the show, just those things bothered me, and prehaps the radation one will be adressed such as they come and pick up jack with a mask for him or something..

Looks like Curtis is dead as they played the music that they play when someone signifigant usually dies.. but then again they never played any music for Tony Almada (sp?) so I dont know..

and Ive heard that they signed for 2 more seasons, I dont know if thats including this one or not. I was assuming Jack wouldnt die when he was taken by the ********* based on this fact, unless someone else runs the show but thats unlikely...

And Curtis getting shot was not really surprising, right at the part when he pulled the gun on him you could kinda tell it was going to happen.. But oh well, I liked Curtis's character..

what bugs me is jack was tortured for 2 years.
he comes back and jumps right into it. Doesnt sleep, shower, but jumps right in hahah.

ya... and he also hadn't talked in 2 years... you'd expect some sort of problems talking... losing his voice cuz his voice muscles atrophied... maybe forgetting bigger words... etc... they could've made it alot more realistic...

i know but jack bauer is just too amazing at everything... lol he's like superman...

ok the white jeep and the bonneville crash was kinda unbelievable... like the guy would just catch a ride with a stranger. I'd think he's get a cab or something.

also Jack kicking the guy out of the subway with the bomb... as if they just happen to be in the last car, and the window shattered that easily. and the bomb had that capacitor charging time after the guy hits the switch. and the satellites that can pinpoint people exactly and track them in real time.... cuz lord knows there is never any cloud cover or pollution.

still was pretty good show though..

That being said, this was not the best starting to a season ive seen.. but still good.

Oh man!!! why did u have to point all that out? All this time in the back of my mind i believed that some how this is all real. Now i am gonna have to admit its a tv show and move on.

The best scene was the knife to the knee. I actually felt the pain as i watched.
