why, what do you gain out of it? are you trying to get an ex back or something? how is this doing something for yourself?

oh don't get me wrong.....u get horny as HELL!......but if u can fight that off....u become a nicer person......don't ask.....honestly try it and u'll see a difference....i'm not saying 40 days and 40 nights try like 2 weeks.....and after the two weeks on the 3rd just walk around interact with people...u'll notice a difference..and go to the gym or something and work out.......u'll either lift longer or add a bit of pounds on the bar.......

man not jerkign off is soooo hard...teh first week is ok...then by the second **** starts to pile up...and if you work aroudn hot chicks all day then that wares you down to nothing....I might add after the 2nd week when you break down you will have the best jerks off your life for a good week, jsut liek the first time....I have issues with jerkign off I can do it once a day every day or twice if ?I'm bored..I have to try real hard to only jerk once or twice a week...then add a gf into the situation looking all good needing to be slammed..it is really tuff I've tryign many a times with failure, I think I went liek 2 weeks.
