well, i found a guy selling an auto white civic i, with sir grill, looks sweet..i have to ask the km, but he said its as is, and for 4900....and its a 1996 looks nice...so, i am thinking of offering 4000 cash, and taking it to my mecahnic and fixing it..do you thinks thats fair..i haev 6k total...can i get the tax and fix it ....and how much would tax be and is there any wy of avoiding it...can he say that he gave me the car for 2000 or something,
