for the DVD! it has a sorta life story thing of him on it... pretty long like 45 min, i didn't watch it all i have early class tommorow, and then a couple of music videos, and some bonus clips and stuff.... no funny stuff but over all not too shabby cuz it's included with the cd!

i dunno Dave, if anyone can be ganster i think 50 cent has the right, lol if you've heard is whole story then damn... plus the videos are just to make money man, that's what mainstream stuff is all about, name one rapper/hip hop artist that doesn't put ***** in their videos? that's what sells to mainstream america man? remember it's not the broke project kids that fund the multimillion dollar record insdustry, it's average suburban kids that listen to pop stations and stuff like that... it's all about the money...

you don't even like the rhymes? what about some of his underground stuff heard any of that?

some of his older stuff was cool but he's not my cup of tea. I'm in true school (J5, J-Live), concious (Common,De La) and old school stuff. I like content and when some has something different to say that has meaning and a point. Dont get me wrong I love the occasional club anthem but it really needs to be dope and original. I love the gangsta/thug **** to but mainly the older stuff (old mobb deep, nas). the new stuff just isn't pushing the boundaries enough. I
m not hating on commercial stuff I just that that it needs to repesent the culture of hip hop a little more. For example Missy Elliot, she is one of the dopest. shes original in what she does and she always represents the roots of hip hop. She her lyrics arent great but she brings it back to the golden era. Undergorund hip hop definitly has its share of crap to, but in the early 90's cats were making money without the trash in there videos.
just some of my thoughts of an ols school hip hop fan!
