Nope. If they're speeding, then they deserve to get tagged.

nope ..

only times I use high beam flashing:

person has their lights off

country road and person does switch to low beams when coming close to me.

if they are speeding they deserve to get caught.

and since my eyes have a hard time switching from light to dark I HATE it when peopel flash their high beams at me... I'd rather be caught and pay a ticket .. I can pay the price so what does it matter to you if I speed.. (of course now that I ride a bicycle to work speeding is hard)

I do it all the time. It's the polish thing to do. I used to watch all my family do it back home when I was young, so I do it too.

well...Im on the fence for this one.

I'd appreciate it if someone warned me and thats why I would warn others. I mean Im not a speeder but with modded cars you dont alwayz need a reason to get pulled over. Even if they dont write u up they can still stop u.

But the downside is that if you flash and a cop sees you, then you can get into **** for it, but I say that the best lie is that you were telling someone to turn on their lights (if its night) otherwise if its day then your screwed.

So to be on a safer side I think I just dont flash at all, unless I really feel helpful that day.

I always do, and appreciate it when other's warn me.

I believe speed traps are just government mandated cash grabs that catch mostly people who are good drivers.

I don't speed, and the 2 times I've been caught was because I was just keeping up with traffic flow.

I usually warn others of speed traps, especially if the speed trap I am warning about was previously pointed out to me by another person. I would say that a person warning me has saved me from maybe 2 minor speeding tickets possibly. However, if I see a guy really pushing the limit then I just let him fly right through and then look in my rearview to see if he gets caught Otherwise I am never really worried about flashing people and getting caught. I honestly don't think there is a road rule that prevents anyone from doing this, and if there is then I am sure you could easily get it dropped in court. Curious to see if there actually is a rule

I would just like to add, there's a difference between catching speeders and setting up "speed traps". I know catching speeders makes the road safer, and heck that's great and everything. But speed traps fall into the category of being setup in those annoying area right when the speed limit changes, or when your going downhill and tend to go a little more over the speed limit. In these cases these are just cash grabs, that's just my opinion though. If a cop catches anyone recklessly speeding then fine, I have nothing against that.

I always do. Makes me feel good to know that I have prevented someone from paying for a stupid speeding ticket. I love it when people warn me. I just did it yesterday and a guy in a truck waved a thanks

perhaps one of the dumber things said this month...drive the speed limit and you're good, no need to worry these traps dont set you up, you're setting yourself up...if u get caught thats your fault and deserve it

I find it hard to flash the lights even if you want to. Usually cops hide so that people who see them coming the other way have no way of warning someone who could get stopped by the cop.
