It happened pretty fast but I think it is a T intersection.

The red car stopped at the stop sign, and then moved up to the intersection. Up until then, it was all legal procedure. But the driver should have pulsed again due to large turning radius on the roads to check for on coming traffic one more time to ensure that no other cars was coming from the other direction.

If it was a T intersection, then the red car was trying to go straight which made no sense at all. In that case, it was a suicide move.

 

Who cares how much time she spent in the hospital, it's her fault. I agree it makes no difference if the truck driver was sh itfaced she drove right into his right of way. And that caused the accident.


Accidents that happen because they are accidents is fine.

But when you do something that stupid you deserved to get in s hit.
