Adieu....
Well after several years of ownership I signed an offer for "RED" last night..
I got $4800 / for a 94 CX Hatch w 250000KM's.
Fully documented/ All records included..
I almost felt like I was betraying my car..
New owner takes possession on the 26th..
I have quite a bit of parts for sale that will go up here sooner or later.
Let the quest for a new ride begin...

If Honda canada sold the 4 door SIR here it would be close cause I prefer them.
I also find the Matrix has much more storage room like my current hatch.
That room is not there in the SIR, at all.
Being used primarily for my work means lots of double duty..
1 trip with full cargo in the Matrix would equal 1.5 in the SIR easy.
The XR 4WD was considered but its wimpy 128 HP motor doesn't finish off the package IMO.
THe XRS and the XR 4WD are almost identical in price..
Truth is my business is paying for it so I have to stay reasonable with cost
I also read that the hatch will be dropped for the coupe in the 2006 year...
Perhaps also a CRX comeback year...

My dad has a matrix, with the seats folded down there's tons of storage. My sister uses it to, bring back and forth, all her belongings from Northbay twice a year. We have the base 03 Matrix, no complaints so far with 55k kms on it. Tho I would have opted for the XRS model.

Pontiac Vibe clone??? 'tis a sad day
well, RED has served you well, and you got decent money for it too. congrats on the sale!!!! served you well right to the last day.
anyways, I can see you in a TSX, RSX-S, TL, or something like that... certainly NOT a Matrix. Even a WRX or something would be very tyte.

sad sad day.
but i vote for the wrx wagon! it's so hip it hurts.
but hey, if you're going for reliability, i guess the matrix is your best bet. its design is just really blah, as with most toyotas nowaday. with the exception of the echo hatch. muwahaha.

if you don't liiiike the Subaru customer srvc, get the GM clone, that is the *drumroll* Saab 9-2 Linear (the WRX wagon clone in Saab skin). It's made by Fuji Heavy Industries like Subaru, and serviced at Saab. I beg you to consider it.
