that was a very nice hatch, should have kept it....that was a classic, or ebay that....would have got good money, if it was all stock and clean...

Sadly I don't fit in a s2k..

Lets be clear here..

I would prefer a honda but there is nothing in the current stable that satisfies the requirement...

Time goes on and I'm sure I'll be back at camp honda sometime.

My mom has a Matrix AWD...I've been driving for the past week while I wait for a part to come in for my car. Its nice and firm, great around the city, but it has no ***** on the highway. Worse than my civic by far. There is that optional supercharger, though...i think it adds another 30 hp or so. Too bad the XRS doesn't come in AWD.

Fore pure function and reliability, the Matrix is a great choice out of the options you've given.

If you're concerned about room, I would look at the Accord then. 4 doors and v6...If you need more utilitarian use I'd look at the Element..
