yeah...looks like an iphone.
apple didnt invent touchscreen but did launched a smart phone with fully integrated touch screen on a mass scale. all these new samsungs and other touch screen phones came after. in business..thats what you call 'time to market' ...you gamble with a new concept and if works...you lead that market segment being the first one.

the iphone's touch screen is or was different than any other phone on the market as it's capacitive and works with the electric current from your body where as conventional ones use actual physical input. That is what makes the iphone type screen so highly regarded and now copied. Its accurate and sensitive and no stylus is needed

If you're referring to Apple's time to market, then it's not really relevant cause that refers to more of a first mover market strategy.
