to all the (bedroom?) dj's & turntabilists

I noticed quite a few of you guys have 12's from the stanton FS thread.

So what do you all like to spin?

myself.. ive for yrs and yrs been into the whole dnb/jungle scene.
but specifically im liking ragga/ol school flavour jungle..

congo natty.. topcat...kemet..remarc..

but dont get me wrong, im loving all the new stuff as well.. pendulum.. concord dawn.. EIB... to name a few..

although i like breaks and some funky house as well, i have no tunes on vinyl, records r expensive, especially getting into a new genre.

i go by dj frosty but its just a hobby, playin for friends, that sorta deal.. i dont expect to go anywhere with it.

so anyways.. my original question, what do you guys like to spin.

got my 1200's and vestax pmc270a...my jungle tunes and I'm good to go!

I'm really into the lighter housey tunes these days especially anything that comes out on Hospital Records. High Contrast has been on fire lately just droppin gems like they are nothin. I have some nice old skool tunes aswell like 94/95 stuff ( I love it its so slow compared to the new stuff but its where I fell in love with the music)...I gotta get back on the decks one of these days and maybe do a few parties

Made some money and bought gear as a major hobby..

I LIKE to spin house and hip hop. As for favorites - I don't really have any - I make a living playing music, so i really dont pay attention to what I like more what the crowd likes.

I like the idea of final scractch however I used to use bpm studio and had it crash at a live gig(not good in front of 500 ppl) luckly I had my decks there.
I prefer just using vinyl - things tend not to crash

You can get away with just one for now CyniKal. Remember, it has the "ALPHA" track, which allows you to mix and scratch back and forth between songs on the SAME CD. Then it also has the "Hotdisc", that allows you to eject the cd, and then you can pop in a new one while the deck continues to play for another 35 seconds (or forever if you set up a loop before you eject the cd).

buy one....buy one.....buy one.... lol

A little teaser.
