Anti-virus Software
What anti-virus software do you guys use??
IM currently using AVG 8.0 pro, it seems like taking soo much resources..
and taking long time scanning
thinking of switching to ESET NOD32... reviews are good..
fast scans and less resources

Norton is the BIGGEST resource hog out there.
If you want top notch protection with very little system weight, consider NOD32. It's my fave, and the only anti-virus software I install in my clients machines.
I have used/installed all the big names, I feel NOD32 wins hands down.

I've heard a lot of people recommend NOD32...probably the way to go...

Has anybody used BitDefender? The reviews have been pretty good. PC World rated it the top antivirus software for 2008, http://www.pcworld.com/article/12447..._software.html.

its not a bad program really. but they take up alot of space. NOD32 doesnt take up as much room. as stated it rolls keys every days. its a great program. we use it here at work. the other one that i use at home on my vista machine is i just use the ad-aware and the windows firewall and it has been running like that for over a year with no issues. no bugs. i dont download alot of **** tho

NOD32 is hands down one of the best ...
Kaspersky usually gets good reviews as well, but I found Version 7 or 2007 version slowed down my computer. My brother noticed this as well after he installed it.
I've gone back to NOD32.
