rogers will not shut you down if you have a trojan...the trojan can shut down your connection though cuz thats what they do, they are malicious pieces of code that do what they are programed to do...if this one is coded to disable your ethernet card connection or reroute you ip to another blocked one, pr0n site etc it will do that, it has nothing at all to do with the provider

im not completely sure but at one point in time when i was more of a computer geek, i knew that ad-aware actually had its own trojans. im not sure the other ones are safe but i've used spybot and it was great. now i use NOD32 - romanian antivurs, never failed me. bitdefender is also good.
