how do i turn off the feature where the backlight automatically dims?
i want it on max brightness all the time too

Not a problem right now for me, so well see.

I haven't touched any of the code on mine, and i've had it for almost 5 months. I am running 4.2.0.54.

just curious, it seems a lot of people on here have Blackberrys (looks like Pearls mostly), those who use it for personal use (not issued by your company) have the "blackberry service (email)" with it?...

well you gotta remember its a blackberry first and foremost

the whole smartphone thing was just meant to steal some customers from that market

you can sit there and say nokia has better features but at the same time a nokia can never offer the type of email experience that a pearl can so in the end it all depends on what you're looking for.
