i started redoing my website, but got pissed cause the shell i was using didn't use tables and wasn't screwed up the layout if the window was too small.

it used to get about 150 unique IPs a day.. just to listen to me rant and rave.. anyone wish to lend their talents and help configure a script?

I was using pmachine and can show you what i have with that.

what is there now I did all using notepad.

i just re-did mine using flash and notepad, im still new to flash

I don't really have any content for my site so its not too extravegant

which reminds me, in flash if you have a link how can you get it to link to it keeping the header info?

my problem being, i have a link to a few files on my page which i have protected with a anti-leech script... when u have a link from flash it wont let it download because flash doens't keep the reffering url
basicly on a html page, it'll say to the anti-leech script that it's coming from my site, wheras flash doesn't say anything at all triggering the leech page to come up instead.. even tho its from my own site ... follow that?

i had a problem with hotlinking protection too.... i got rid of it and just watermark my domain on it.... you can check your stats.. if you notice something has been hotlinked and is using alot, you can change the reference on your page, rename the file, and insert something in it's place.. something like a nun masturbating.. or a dead baby or something.

teach them a lesson.

i got 36 gb bandwidth, so it doesn't really matter to me anymore.

i hate flash myself. i wany content, not stupid images floating around... simple and easy is the best way to communicate a message...

too many websites out there look like something homer simpson made.

for your website Roacho2 if you can use cgi scripts and server can run perl then moveable type is a super great way too go.

well Movable type is free to download from the moveable type website configuring it and settiong it up is a pain in the butt from all the reading I saw I had to do buit it's worth it in the end (my site is powered by moveable type)

Webdesign is really all I do on the internet. I have a design to show, but the mods would probably delete it because its for a Toronto based profile community i have been running for a while.
