I tried it today the following is the search criteria I put in:

and I got things like

www.drummondrace.com

and

Intralink360.com's page

but my site didn't come up..

how does one go about improving on there search results?

yup submitting it to bigger search engines, meta tags, robot.txt in yur root, and the more links on other sites leading to yours will get it on there from crawlers

i submitted mine to google and it took 2 weeks for it to get listed

with 13000+ posts with my signature on here you'd think I'd have enough

 

I just searched "civic toronto" and TCC appeared as #3, then I searched "civic club" and TCC appeared as #1, and for a lark I searched "electronblue" and hit me here at #23 (3rd page)

You also need to perform SEO (Search engine optimization). Basically a serie of tasks you complete (eg. meta tag optimization, content optimization) to obtain a higher rank in search result.

 

well i dont have a site myself so i can't say i've search for my site on google but i have performed many searchs for erotia and all we're very successful

 

is there any place that give the steps of importance on this?
