I would like to get into BMO for I,T I currently work for IBM doing I.T for Td Bank. One guy left here for BMO and was getting 26.00 an hour

there is always the crappy part of a business.....think they got it rough.....i've been through 3 jobs so far where i've been there for 3+ years and I always thought that I couldn't be replaced, but I sure could!


The famous words "They cant function without me!"

As for this current job, sure the could function without me, but nothing will ever grow and sales would be down. Alot of the relationships i've built with people within the company and distributors will be **** because there wont be any communication. But, sure, they could hire someone else, but i'd have to train them and that would be a hassle and blah blah blah......man i'm full from lunch

yep its soo true ... however i took the time today to prove that i cant be replaced anytime soon .. long story .. but i just saved my company about 2.3 mill

I save my company a bunch of money. Just like how I was using boxes that were 3.99 each and then I called around because I disgusted in that price and we are now paying $0.79 each.


I think that is just a tiny bit of cost savings right there....haha
