Anyone know a good DUI lawyer in the GTA?

A close family friend went through a RIDE program and blew over near the airport.

We're looking for good lawyers with proven results.

Anyone have any good leads or experiences?

Please, I know that drinking and driving shouldn't be done, and he should pay for his mistakes... but everything he's accomplished until now is at stake....

Thanks for your time.

He is probably too drunk to realize he was driving a car.

And you are exactly right about his accompolishment being at risk at this point, because life doesn't give you second chance. Once you are screwed, you are screwed forever. How old is your family friend? I am sure he knew about all the consequenses from day one. He has chosen to do it, so be it.

Unless he was forced to drive with a gun held at point blank, otherwise, good luck with the court.

Thats right he got what he deserved.. Drinking and driving is bull$hit, i hope he loses his license.. heck if he blew over he wasnt in any shape to drive. Hope he gets a serious fine, suspension and high insurance rates..

he should get what he deserves.... but life is different than that.. i know 2 people who were too ****faced to know their name.. and got off without any penalty (other than about 15 grand in lawyers fees)

its sad, but true.. justice can be bought

I know it's bad... and it shouldn't be done.

I lost a very close friend of mine to drinking and driving almost 5 years ago now, and my sister lost her boyfriend due to it as well...

I know this guy really well... he's not one to drink and drive... he had a get together with him, his boss, and another co-worker. They all got pulled over, and he blew the least because he was trying to be conscious about it and make it home safely to my sister.

I'm not trying to say that what he did was not breaking the law... I'm just trying to make sure that he can walk out of this as best as he can.

Please, if anyone has a good contact... please let me know...
