Anyone stuck at a certain weight?

For me I seem to be at 170lbs. No matter how much crap I eat I can never shake it. Its weird. I will go up to like 175 and then back down to 170, but never actually gain and stay there.

It will take longer to do both at the same time...but it is possible. Most people either go on cutting or bulking cycles instead. Now that the nice weather is gone...it's time to fatten up for the spring cutting

I weigh...not a whole lot.

I eat...a lot.

I tried going on the McDonalds diet for a month.
Only ate McDonalds. (for breakfast and supper right before going to bed)
Figured the guy on Super Size me gained some weight so maybe I would too.
For breakfast I ate a a Sausage Egg and cheese McGriddle with an orange juice and 2 hasbrowns.
For supper I would eat a Quarter pounder with cheese with fries a coke/iced tea and a 10 piece checken mcnuggets.

then for supper I would eat whatever else I had at home.
Burgers, steak, hot dogs, pasta etc.

I didn't gain 1 pound.
I actually lost 3 pounds.

I should be fat.
I sit at home all day on my *** and eat.

cutting/re-comp a bit now.....nice bulker planned for the winter

as for diets....its all in the diet. i track my calories and macro breakdowns. aim for 2600-2800cals per day. 40% carbs, 35% protein and 25% fats.

you guys and your fast foods....**** in = **** out.

Yah I'm perfectly healthy too.
I haven't been sick for over 2 years.

And if I had more ambition and didn't have to work a ****ed up schedule.
I would start playing soccer agian.

Although I may start a team next year with my brother.

i like how people think skinny = healthy

eat the way you want now...i just hope you have a good health plan to pay for all those heart/liver/blood/cholesterol/etc. meds later on in life....not to mention pain meds for the weakass back and legs you will have.

Seriously......i eat like a cow who has just smoked weed...

and still nothing. . .

believe me.....i try it all....and for the life of me.....i can not gain weight. . . i'm at around the same weight as sparcing. . .

i eat healthy now a days.....back in college i did the whole mcdonalds diet thang......and drank. . and stuff with no result. .

now i've flopped over and i've been eating healthy for quite sometime now.....and meh. . . . . still the same...i've come to the conclusion that maybe one day someone will need to throw me out of a burning building and it will save my life. . .
