what tdot said, just cuz you're skinney doesn't mean you're healthy, and just cuz you're not sick doesn't mean you're healthy either..
i'm 6'4" and 217, maybe a little more i haven't worked out in like two weeks i'm going thru my lazy phase, 5 days a week at the gym gets tiring after a while... i think i'm gonna not worry about fat over the winter just get big and then cut come springtime cuz i didn't really cut this year and i still managed to loose weight... so if i'm trying to cut i'm sure i'll be successful...

what happened was I stopped being lazy
started going to the gym again 5 times a week or so
started tracking everything I ate
etc etc
I lost those 40lbs or so by July...the whole time to september now I haven't been trying to gain or lose.

damn you skinny bastards. I've gone from 185 to almost 230 (working out + getting fatty too), now I'm at just under 200 but I'm starting to put on weight again. haha not that I care I lose it quickly, but I gain it quickly too. haha

thats probably my mistake, I have like a piece of toast for breakfast and a glass of water, seriously.. then for lunch maybe a sandwidge at most. When i come home from school I have a snack/small meal and have a somewhat large dinner, and have snacks before I go to bed.
Im not skinny... I don't work out, but I do keep active and do alot of physical activitity so I got good arm muslces etc, but im not built.

I can get really technical with this ****...but if any of you are into working out...go to chapters and buy a book called nutrition timing. It's only like $29 and instead of focusing on WHAT to eat like every other book...it explains WHEN to eat. Great book and a must buy if you're serious with this ****.

u guys all talking bout trying to gain weight. meanwhile i'm trying to lose 5 lbs. ever since i turned 27, i havent been able to hang onto my 98 lb figure  i'm only 5' so, 2 lbs makes a big diff...there's only so much height for that weight to go...and for girls, it all goes to the lower tummy/hip area, which means not fitting into lots of clothes.

Also, everybody loses fat systematically. This means there is no such thing as spot reducing. Your body loses and stores fat in certain places in a certain order. Say for example your *** is the last place it would store fat...then it would be the first place to lose the fat.
