um, i'm only 5 feet. so hovering around 100 lbs is pretty normal. btw, i dont weigh 98 lbs anymore...i weigh 103 lbs. but wutever. even if i did still weigh 98 lbs, i would not say in the least that i'm skinny...i look totally healthy...i have meat on my bones and have quite a bit of an ***...u can ask anyone on here that knows me. and i'm the least unhealthy person u would come in contact with...ask anyone. i work out 4 days/week and i'm athletic...i dont eat fast food...i only eat junk food on occasion...i get plenty of protein, which most ppl who work out dont get...i eat my fruits and veggies...all without being extreme about things. i'm pretty well rounded so, to say that i'm "way too skinny and unhealthy" without even knowing who i am or meeting me is quite...well, rude of u. did u ever think that maybe i weight this much cuz i'm active...u know...some ppl just arent overweight...does that warrant u calling them stupid? i think not.

btw, i also have pcos among at least 5 other ailments so, staying healthy is extremely important to me and so i take offence to your ridiculous comment

People are crazy. I have a medical condition (type 2 diabetes, and PCOS <fertility probs>) which cause me to gain and loose weight suddenly. Right now I am fat... (still way under 200 lol) but I am happy at about 140

And eating McDonalds and still being skinny does not at all mean your healthy.

Supersize me talked about how he gained weight but more talked about how much his cholesterol went up, and how much his liver was starting to fail...

Things not seen to the eye
that's the STUPIDEST thing you heard? how can you say that. You haven't even met her ... She's not skinny, she's not fat, she's perfect the way she is... you have to consider height into BMI too

Well I guess I should meet her before I say anything... but that is so skinny... very very very tiny... for 27 it just seems strange thats all....

And I did not call anyone stupid... I said I think THATS the stupidest thing I have ever heard lol... I didn't say I think your the stupidest person...

sorry that you took my post the wrong way but when I see a woman complaining that she wants to loose 5 pounds to put her at 98 pounds it just blows my mind... in general not just towards you. But I guess you know your body better than anyone else lol...

Shazza - I've PM'ed you about the PCOS... I am happy to meet someone else with the same problem.

And PS - I am active, I work 7 days a week, have a dog to walk, a house to clean, a broken car (so I walk), and my parents have a quarter of a mile driveway I walk it twice a day... Well thats active for me anyways lol...

Sorry If I offended anyone, I didnt mean to!!!

i wish i went to a campus gym...they are CHEAP. i lift 4 days per week:

day 1: delts/triceps
day 2: legs
day 3: off
day 4: chest/biceps
day 5: off
day 6: back
day 7: off

the key is keeping legs and back as far apart as possible since those are heavy days. i try to hit cardio about 4-5 times per week and do abs whenever (im still too fat to see anything...lol).

np connie...apology accepted. no worries.

i got to hart house 4 times/week in the mornings around 9am. anyone else? actually, i'm getting ready to the hit the gym as we speak.

me:

day 1: back, triceps, abs
day 2: legs, shoulders
day 3: off
day 4: chest, biceps, abs
day 5: off
then repeat

each weight training workout is preceeded by jogging for 5 mins to warm up and followed by 30 mins of cardio (treadmill, eliptical, rowing machine...i mix it up). i sprint for 1 lap in b/n each weight training excercise too just to keep the HR going.

i try my best not to take 2 days in a row off, but sometimes i have to.

diet is key for toning and losing fat. i always have a protein shake and a bowl of oatmeal after my workouts. but its hard man...it only takes that 1 bowl of pasta with tons of bread and butter to throw u off esp girls (that was my nite last nite with a piece of cake added). being short sucks ***** man. i wouldnt mind the 5 lb weight gain so much if it weren't for me not fitting into my clothes...i'm too poor to buy another set of wardrobe.

shazza...thats a horrible routine...you should try hitting the same muscle groups on the same day...for example an easy three day split would look something like this:

1.chest,tricep
rest
2.shoulders, legs
rest
3.bicep,back

...also if your trying to lose weight you should get some EFAS in your system...fish oils flax seed oils ect...and no bull**** green tea is excellent while trying to lose fat also...

yeah i used to do wut u suggested; back and biceps...legs...chest, shoulders, and triceps, but i decided to switch things up a couple of weeks ago. gotta mix it up in there once in a while. it's working out great so far.

and i used to get lots of EFAS, but i'm just too damn lazy and poor.

Are you actually at that weight and body fat % or is that just an example?

Because I'm 6'2 196lbs and 8% body fat and I'm trying for about 4 years to get to 210lbs w/o any success. I know I could get there with a couple of doghnuts and cheeseburgers, but that's not what I want.
