Anyone stuck at a certain weight?

what is necessary is SWITCHING up your routine REGULARLY to "shock" your body and keep it growing.

well i'm short guy, about 5'5", weigh in around 135lb ... i guess thats ok for my height. I just started working out January and gained 25lbs so far, the results are slow but steady. I'm really happy with my gains so far.
I eat 6 meals a day, they consist of 30% (protein)/40% (carbs)/30% (fat). I prepare and cook all my meals ahead of time. I only eat fastfoods IF i'm on the road, but I strictly eat heathly. I do take creatine, whey, MRP & other vitamins.
I workout 3-4 times a week for 2hrs. My body is pretty define for my size My long term goal is 155-160 (kinda porky), then go on a fatloss. So my goal is 145-150 lbm with 6% bf.
To those guys complaining, you have to eat right and lift weights. Eating crap and just sitting there will do shiet. It takes alot of work, but in the end it's worth it. Now my clothes fit better, people I haven't seen in a long time say I look bigger.
By the way, I started out at 110lb only 9 months ago.

as for illegal versus non-illegal...dont let the government make decisions for you. educate yourself, then decide.

As for the illegal stuff, I did educate myself, and for what I want to achieve I don't need anything that's even borderline illegal. I make my diet and workout schedule part of a healthy lifestyle. I'm not one of those guys who competes and needs to lose or gain rapidly before competition. For what I need GNC offers everything I am looking for.

there are certain forumlae that people have for figuring out how much to use, depending if you're trying to gain mass or lean out, but generally 30g (or 1 scoop) is enough to induce an insulin spike without having too much spillover (i.e. storing the dex as fat).

i usually use 1.5 scoops of dextrose (66g) of dextrose to 2 scoops of ON100% whey (48g protein).
shlammed: yeah...malto is tough to find here...gotta order it. for me dextrose is enough as i eat lots of complex carbs. i tried doing the ground-up oats post workout out...but thats too nasty.
