I can't find much information about them, only on APC's home page, no retailer i can find has them..

no because they are not street leagl.
ie no lights signals or brake light
there use to be a honda mini sport like these that where street legal but got pulled off the market as they where so small and drivers could not see them on the road

Yamaha used to make something like that. You could bolt on a 80cc kit that would make the mini bike go like stink. 70 mph top speed. Nuts.....but lots of fun:-)
