people who are die hard muslim and can't realize that society has modernized are crazy. Down there its different i supposed but **** like that happening up here would be crazy to our culture. I read somewhere that somewhere in the quaran it says to "cleanse all those that dont follow islam" or something like that... and theyre allowed to basically treat their women like ****. I dont have anything against the religion really..but when you take it to the extremes like that... then i disagree. This being said from a Christian guy dating a Muslim girl. (both of us arent seriously into religion...I maybe am more than her tho. but neither are her parents but they are still like "Only muslims in my house")

its funny how if something like this comes up and if it has anything to do with muslims people freak out but if its some white trash honkey who rapes his parents and chops them up to pieces its fine and dandy and no one looks at that. there are messed up people in every culture/religion/race. so don't single people out cuz thats f-ed up and for you thinking like that your pretty ignorant.
and spyda5588 , please dont just pick stuff out of the quran like that when you dont know it in detail, i can do that for the bible and the jewish script as well as hindu. If you really study the quran out of any other faith and really go indepth you'll find women in islam have a upper hand in alot of stuff and are treated better than any other religion.
its not the religion thats messed up its the people who currupt it. it goes for any religion. if you look at true christianity it says in there for women to cover up. look at nuns. they wear a "hijab" as well. over time people stopped practicing the religion for what it is and made it convienant for them selves. and now its happening to people who follow islam. and alot of hindus who dont follow their religion either - i have tons of hindu friends that eat meat when they're not suppose 2.

i believe only in santa claus, cause i have faith.
that's why muslim controlled countries have things like women not being allowed to drive, to sit in a car with a non-family member, to not go out to the beach in a bikini, it being okay to hit a woman if she talks to much as long as you don't bruise her, etc

Is this why a Muslim controlled state would have a 13 year old rape victim murdered by a group of men with a bunch of spectators? THe difference between the single hockey murderer is that the rest of society would be against it. The recent grey hound murder, eventually once panic was removed, a bunch of guys grabbed some weapons and surrounded the bus.
in peaceful and freedom loving muslim controlled countries, the average mohammed loving person is throwing rocks at children for not avoiding rape.

i believe in christianity they only have to cover their head in church.. but anyway. i wasnt tryina single out muslims every race/religion has atleast one sick person in it. its just you more often see muslims do these things BECAUSE of their strong religious beliefs in modern day society. Again i have nothin against muslims...just the sick people in this sick world (of all races and religions)
