Well, what about ppl who don't part-take in meets and stuff. Most post ****** are pretty active in the club though, and attend meets, right? So it might eliminate most of the whoring that goes on...just have them chip in a few bucks for coffee every time their posts have to get deleted.

Yea I noticed that this board was getting more and more whored upon, bringing back my memories of clubsi. The fine idea would be funny though, enforcing it (even with Bond) still would be a problem. If you gotta postwhore, leave it at clubsi

That's a good point! I think that that will be an exception to a curtain point, ie. if someone is doing it too often then the deleting will begin. Cosmic?

Classifieds will be allowed TTT. But it will be up to the classified moderator to decide what is excessive.
As far as an important question, if it is directed to one individual use the PM system, and if it is an open question, placed in the correct forum again it will be up to teh moderator.

I'm pretty sure we've been through this before and I'm sure we'll go through it again and again.
The problem is that some of the 'original' members will sometimes toss in some post whoring jokes or an occasional +1 in their posts, the newbies come in and one of the first things they see is that it is appropriate and they start doing it too.
Then all of a sudden it becomes a big "largest post count" competition. Really, I don't see the point to it. All you're doing by adding pointless extra messages to threads are:
a) wasting the bandwidth we are all paying for from our pockets, and which are partially responsible for the increased membership fees.
b) bumping useless threads to the top of the lists and in turn putting people's important and thought out questions to the bottom of the new thread listings.
c) wasting people's time by having them scroll to the bottom of a multipage thread to view a post that only says "+1" or something silly.
Like I know we've all done it before, including myself, but it has to stop. It is really immature. I'm really starting to think that some guys believe that large post counts make up for some other things that may be lacking in size.
But anyways, I think we all have to stop, everyone from the originals, to the admins/mods, to the average user which will in turn stop the newbies or anyone else doing it.
If anyone has any concerns with what I've said, please feel free to drop me a PM.

I agree 150% with the deleting of totally off topic +1 posts. Everyone has done it at one time or another. And as for the TTT's, one every now and then is okay, but the threads where they have 5 in a row is uncalled for. Just my $0.575

You don't know any of us from IAPECC and I really suggest you keep your lame *** comments to yourself. If you have something to say say it to our faces. I think that either you should apologize for your comment or this summer come to where we hang out and tell us to our faces what you just said.
