Last Night at work we went crazy with this new virus that shutsdown your pc upon connectivity while using xp..
If you are experiencing this problem, download the fix/patch from this website...

hahaha...yeah i do tech. support too and we were gettin' mad calls about this stupid msblast.exe virus...
what you can do is...when the "(RPC) terminated unexpectedly" error comes on w/ the 60 second countdown...just change your Windows System date to like 1 day back or more...that will change the countdown to 1 day back and so forth thus giving you ample time to d/l the patch from Microsoft's website as per 1SicCiv's URL link...
just goes to show how vulnerable Microsoft's XP/2000/NT O/S are...
