take your design to business depot/staples etc and let them do it all...what kinda mickey mouse company u work for mang?

hahahaha that's some funny ****! (sorry I've done graphic design and printing for years so I know better ways)
if you can't print to the edge and don't want to cut paper, just design a piece with say a 1/2" border around the outside and a thin black outline border around the add and just print them off.. it's all in the design!

our colour won't do borderless but black and white production printers will.

I've done what you just said. But what I was designing needed to bleed, but then I just said **** it and i'm still saying **** it.
Not my problem.

^^ yeah but you can be creative with it too.... have the top and bottom be colour bars that 'bleed' into your photos/text whatever and just the middle background be white...
tons of different options if you're trying to avoid outsourcing...
