LOL I agree to man, but this shouldn't be affecting as much as it is right now, I think each and everyone of us has seen this happened and not mentioned a word

ok, I lied about the last word....(I started typing this about 5 minutes after the last post I made)

In the past, I myself, HAVE called the police on illegal activity. If you want to call me a rat for that, go right ahead. It's a choice I have made. I DON'T deal with people that deal with people that deal with stolen stuff. (that's my choice).

I'm sure the Rukus is a nice guy deep down inside, but I can't (in my heart) tell someone to go there after seeing and reading what I have....that's my opinion. Others might disagreee with me, and still deal with him.

This is one of the reasons why we pay such high rates on our insurance. Sure, ONE peson probably won't make a big difference, but I know when I go to bed at night, that I can sleep well knowing I have done the right thing.

IF, I did find out that I HAD bought something that was stolen, I would never deal with the guy again. My job would be in question. If my work found out I was involved in any type of criminal activity what so ever, I would lose my job in a second. No if's and's or but's.....no second chances.

Like I said before.....

If he realized it and stoped, that's one thing..........but if he knows what's going on, and allows it to happen, then that's another story.
and....

If you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem

You guys can choose whatever you want to do.......I on the other hand have choosen not to deal with him.

I understand people make mistakes, but if a person admits to doing someting wrong, and didn't know about it, then they could use the "ignorance' plea.......if he didn't realize it at first, and then does, and STILL allows it to happen again and again, then that's just plain stupiduty imo.

I won't do a thing about it....why?.....because there are others that are on this board, that have probably already read his posts, and are probably already looking into the matter. Remember, I didn't say a anything deflamitory about him.....Rukus did it all by himself.

I wish him luck in whatever he decieds to do.

Peace.

And I hope Rukus understands my point of view.

(I just hope you have learned from your mistakes)

Now I'm done.

hey pulovr
thanks for ur input.

i would like to say i HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this kind of activity.
like i said before when i got some parts from some guy i did it for my friend who used it on his OWN vehicle. he fully knew wat he was gettin into aswell.
as for my self i get all my parts legit and i can get papers to prove everything.
i do realize wat i did was wrong and i dont like it either BUT i in NO WAY sold anything or will SELL anything to others wheter it be on this board on anyone in general stolen ****.

and yes the front end i was selling was 100% LEGIT!!!

from wat i heard from the seller who sold me this hot stuff for my friend the grumpyek guy originally wanted those parts but didnt have money so the deal flaked out on him and i guess he was pissed about it and wanted to screw me over. oh well.

if anyone else has anything to say go ahead. just dont close the thread cuz its turnin out to be a good topic to bring ot an end maturely

Team Rukus, if that's the case, then that was unfair of the guy. Too bad we will never hear his side of the story on this thread.

I have been dealing with TR for a few months now and I see no reason to blow this so far out of proportion. He already admitied he was a sort of middle man in the whole deal. He said he was sorry and I know he doesnt deal like this at all....it was a one time mistake and everone makes them. I for one dont believe this is any reason to treat or to judge him in the way all of you are doing. I just wanted to put my .02 in on TR's behalf because I still have no problem with him. thankx

Thats question I have, based on my original post.

3. i work at a bodyshop things like these come to us one way or another.
From what you have said, this is some sort common occurence (the use and sale of stolen parts) at your particular shop. Is this something that will continue to happen as "common practice" at your shop, or has a lesson been learned here?

I just saw this thread.

A little late, but oh well. Team Rukus is a 100% stand up dude.
Does great bodywork, and has excellent service and amazing quality in his work.

Jay, I'll be getting in touch with you after the holidays.
