Unfortunately the quality of a show is measured in quantity of people not quality of cars..
I.Fest year one....had good quantity and quality of cars....so
year 2 you go back....
Unfortunately the quality of cars dropped in year two but the quantity of people ROSE...so in the world out-side of the IMPORT CROWD people thought it was a great show....So the people will return and in turn return more people and so on and so forth
In C.A. they HAD amazing quality cars but shitty amount of people...so the problem is the outsiders won't come to the show...
