Bagpiper in the middle of the highway...
So apparently there is a bag piper in the middle of the QEW just below the Fruitland Road overpass. Police have the QEW closed due to this bag piper and are not trying to make a big scene of it.
Just heard it on the news, and i'm really confused.

i'm dead serious. It was on some AM station, just heard it.
What made it even more odd, is that the girl saying it right after mentioned that "it is a fact that black african canadian americans are shot more by police than caucasian people are".
Sounds REALLY odd to me, maybe she was trying to get fired?
