The Baseball Thread
That time again! Jays look good this year, should be a good season, and I think NY may not be on top. Boston looks like they may be the one's to beat this year.

I can't believe it's Spring Training already. Soon, the Boys of Summer will roll. Anyway, I like Jays' fresh look this season. However, I'm not sure if big Hurt will make a big difference, IMO.

Your kidding right? The fact that he is in the line up makes a huge difference, even if he doesn't hit well, pitchers can't take a chance on him making that big hit, so now you got vernon in front of him and Glaus battiing behind him? That makes for a huge difference right there.

I'm rooting for the Jays, I think they've got an excellent team this year. That being said, I'm worried about the back end of our rotation, hell, ALL of our starting rotation. If our starting guys are healthy and can give 6-7 quality innings, I don't see why we can't take the division. That's a big IF though...

Doesn't mean they will be here forever. This is the beginning of a new season, no reason to think they are done and could possibly do some trades.

We will see how things work out. Pitching is defintely the key. Offence and Defence is there.

Nice bat to protect the lineup. If the rotation stays healthy I think they can win the division.

first game of the season today.... GO JAYS!!! lets go towers show them what you can do like in 2005..
if our rotation can do it.. we're in first place .. the offense will take care of itself...
wells, glaus, reeeeeeeeed, thomas, rios, overbay, Hellsssss yea!!!

Agreed, their pitching has to hold up, hopefully things will be better in 07!

no injuries is another thing tat will help us.. hopefully we get the LEEEEEEEEEEAGUE back into the bullpen and have zambrano, and accardo, and the rest of thsoe guys take GOOD care of the bullpen until BJJJJJJJJJ arrives in the 9th ..go jays!..

Double_B..do u like refresh the pages very often...cause the replies are instantaneuous...

Haha, I'm bored and pissed off at work. And I miss ya buddy!!!
