The Bathtub
It doesn't hurt to take a hard look at yourself from time to time, and this should help get you started
During a visit to the mental asylum, a visitor asked the director what the criterion was which defined whether or not a patient should be institutionalized.
"Well," said the director, "We fill up a bathtub, then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the patient and ask him or her to empty the bathtub."
"Oh, I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person would use the bucket because it's bigger than the spoon or the teacup."
"No" said the director, "A normal person would pull the plug ..Do you want a room with or without a view?"

^^^ Yeah exactly..
Like this is almost like one of those questions like
"If you were given a bucket, a teaspoon, and a cup how would you empty the tub" Then your friend laughs at you because you didn't say to pull the plug. But he never gave you that option! Whose to say the tub is even connected to plumbing. And then they call you crazy...

lol, the fact that there were means to empty the tub pulls the person away from the logic of pulling the plug on the drain.

So that's how City of Hamilton works eh? hehe
I will tender out this project and the winning bidder will come in with a low bid; he then will try to empty the tub by pulling the plug to get his money worth, while all other Contractors bidded based on using spoon, teacup and a bucket. So I am going to hold this against him and make him give me back credits.
