epic fail...and lies, a text message is what? 0.1kb?? how could that possibly be 'using up capacity' both of them offer unlimited email plans for $15 and unlimited surfing options for cheap....I call bull ****...

i dont doubt it...the states charge for incoming texts if not on a plan...you shouldnt have to pay for incoming texts though...since anybody can text you and it automatically goes through unlike a telephone call, if you dont wanna pay for that you dont pick up...

they did but in the service agreement it states they can change the price of features and price plans. there all the same telus charges for incomming txt msgs so does rogers.
