I've quit for 10 days now, I'm still sick and coughing up really nasty stuff in the morning, but I'm not really craving for cigs. What made me quit was that cigs didn't make me feel good anymore like they used to. I would just feel sick or poisioned after I smoked, and I would have to wait like 20 mins until that went away. Then I would smoke another cigarette. I also hated how I used to be able to run a mile easily, but now I am out of breath climbing the stairs in my house. Only you can decide if you really want to quit, nobody can make you. If you really want it, its possible.

yeah man.. keep up the good work.. the first month is gonna be the hardest... after the main battle is done with.. it's just up to you not to let yourself fall into the wonderful world of smoking.

i always laugh at idiots who have lots of advice for people to quit smoking but have never really been addicted.

it's physical and psychological.

i'd rather be a coke user rather than a chronic weed smoker.

at least you can do coke and be a lawyer.

you don't see too many successful chronic weed smokers outside of the music industry.

lol....Hell you can be the president if you're a coke user...lol

But seriously...good on you if you quit or for even trying to quit. Seeing me quit has made 3 of my friends quit. They all said if i can do it so can they.....and they were all correct, and have all quit.

I HAVE THE BEST PLAN EVER

Buy about 5 packs of the strongest smokes you can find. Smoke all 5 packs in a row and save all the ashes. Now with a nice shinny spoon eat the ashes as fast as you can.

AND DONE.

You will never smoke again

Keep smoking and die and you'll have no choice but to quit.

good for u double_B thats the best motivation one can have.. there kids.

i think the hardest part is trying to get rid of tjhe habbit of grabing one and the motion.. but takes 14 days for the nicotine to leave ur system once thats done.. you should be fine.. jkust keep urself busy.. with other things.. grab a pen and chew it or what now.. thats works..

Not only that, life insurance is hell of a lot cheaper when you are a non smoker.

Much appreciated. To be honest, I never smoked at home and never in front of them. If they found out I did, they would be devastated. I quit for me, but mostly for them.
