Blackberry Peal 8100 question

Whenever I miss/recieve/dial a call, I always find them in my text messages log and my call log. When I delete them from the text message log, they also delete from the call log. How can I prevent the BB from sending me text messages everytime I miss/receive/make a call?

phone:BB PEARL 8100 (T-MOBILE)

Steve, not sure if this answers your question, but if you go into your CALL LOG then go to OPTIONS and then go to CALL LOGGING, you can click the option to have missed/dialed/received calls NOT put in your message folder.
Hope that helps. If not - hey!

Pearls are good enough to do the job

I would have bought the Iphone but I'd be worried about damaging it; so I chose the cheaper alternative

Nothing wrong with the Pearl, specially for the price right now (you can get the wifi or gps one for free/contract if you shop around)...
