What kind of camera job are you working on?

you need a licence to operate scissor lifts? I drive them all the time with no certification. Had one go onto three wheels once scared the **** out of me. I was driving in a gaint barn of a tree nursey it has dirts floors that aren't to flat and it not very bright....

you don't have to be liscenced, but it helps in getting a job using them, and it could save your life on the job. Boom lifts can get pretty crazy in the wrong situation. Scissor lifts are a joke. My baby cousins could use one haha.

Main reason I got it was cause it looks good on a resume if you're trying to get jobs in the film industry, because most sets use lifts and booms from Dwight Crane.

your confused....

Loudsubz installs cameras and other security equipment he was using the boom lift to get up high for camera installs...

it's not the same type of "camera work" that you do. I hope that helps
